How it works

From campaign planning to the mailbox—fully coordinated.

We coordinate the moving parts and show our work. You bring the business, the offer, and final approval.

01

We choose the neighborhood

Each campaign starts with a defined territory and a documented route plan, so the intended audience is clear.

02

You claim your category

One roofer. One dentist. One realtor. Once your category is reserved, a direct competitor does not share the card.

03

We build the ad

Looks Legit Studio turns your offer, proof, and brand assets into a readable block designed for a real mailbox.

04

It gets printed and mailed

We coordinate production and postal entry, then share campaign documentation and the reporting cadence.

Meet the medium

Two professionally designed sides. One complete campaign.

Doorstep Mail is an oversized, two-sided 9×12 neighborhood postcard. The shared format gives independent businesses the visual impact of a major mailing without asking one advertiser to fund the entire campaign.

  • Large enough to get noticed
  • Useful local offers worth keeping
  • Clear QR, URL, phone, or offer-code response paths
  • Category variety without direct competitors

What your placement includes

One price. The whole campaign system.

You are not buying a rectangle and inheriting a complicated print production process.

Protected category

Your placement is kept free from direct competitors on that campaign.

Professional ad design

Offer hierarchy, readability, CTA, QR or URL path, and production-ready setup.

Print + mail coordination

Whole-card preparation, production handoff, postal coordination, and quality checks.

Campaign proof

Route details, approval record, mail-entry evidence, and straightforward status updates.

Tracking setup

Reporting cadence

We collect the available campaign signals and report performance without overstating attribution.

Built for marketing now

Physical attention. Digital action. Measurable follow-through.

The winning move is not “print versus digital.” It is using a physical piece to earn attention, then making the next action effortless and trackable.

01

Give people a reason

A specific, timely offer gives recipients a clear reason to act.

02

Bridge print to action

QR codes, memorable URLs, offer codes, and phone paths make the next step obvious.

03

Report measurable signals

Scans, visits, calls, codes, and redemptions are evidence. We do not turn guesses into performance claims.

Built founder-to-founder

Why Doorstep Mail exists

Local businesses deserve serious reach and clear accountability.

Doorstep Mail was created by Brittany Chipman and Tyler Beniasch, the founders behind Send The Mess. Creative production is handled through Looks Legit Studio. We built the model for independent businesses that want clear territory, sharp creative, real documentation, and one accountable team.

We may run a campaign remotely, but we do not hide behind that. Every edition is tied to a specific neighborhood, campaign page, route plan, delivery window, and direct contact path.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you put your logo on anything.

Where will the postcard be delivered?

Each campaign has its own defined territory and route brief. We show the approximate household count, route details, destination Post Office, and expected delivery window for that edition.

Can my competitor advertise on the same card?

No direct competitor shares your campaign once your category is reserved under the written category definition.

What happens if the campaign does not fill?

The specific launch floor and deadline are written into the campaign terms. Eligible holds are refunded if the stated launch condition is missed, subject to those terms.

Do you guarantee calls, leads, or sales?

Advertising response cannot be guaranteed. We guarantee the agreed creative, category protection, coordination, documentation, and reporting work. Your offer, market, reputation, timing, and follow-up also affect response.

What do you need from me?

Your logo and brand assets, a strong offer you can honor, the response path you want customers to use, required disclosures, and one authorized person who can approve the final ad.

Your neighborhood is already buying

Make sure they know your name before they need it.

Tell us your business category and service area. We'll tell you whether a matching campaign is open and explain the next step clearly.
